I actually never forgot. I have gotten in many a heated "debate" on the role starfleet was designed for. Some say it is the Military Arm of the Federation, and others say it is the Exploration and fact finding Arm of the Federation. I believe it is Exploration, and military only if needed.

Nice looking stuff. It's not overstated or overly dramatic, its just a very cool shot of nice looking ships. The only nitpick would be the background isn't pin sharp, but easily one of the best I've seen from you.

Thanx! Yeah, I find dozens of nice images to use as backdrops, but never at a comfortably high enough resolution. I guess I will have to start making those as well...lol!

Riker is updating Picard on the itinerary after this particular diplomatic function, and Picard notes that they are needed to put out another brushfire after the Dominion War. And his exact line is "Does anyone remember when we were explorers?" but that didn't fit in the title box...lol.

(I have a fairly good memory for things like that, but I actually watched the movie last weekend);)
