Yeah the V'ger mesh is medium to low poly but the textures more make up for it and you can get closer than usual still don't want to push it though. ;)

Is the V'ger model mostly mesh or teture maps? Looks good either way.

Layers and layers of texture maps. Other than the usual color, spec, and bump, there is lumin, diffuse, and some reflection. And thanks.

Sounds like it would be almost impossiable to convert it for Poser then- at least not without ALOT of work.
